Registration for Summer and Fall Classes

Registration for Summer and Fall Classes is now open! Click the link to go to the class schedule and register, or call Heidi at 801-602-9196 and she can help you! If you register in the month of April, you will get a $5 credit on your account! Summer Session 1 starts June 25 and goes through July 11 (no classes Wed July 4, will be held Thurs July 5 instead). Summer Session 2 starts July 16 and runs through August 1 (no classes Tues July 24, will be held Thurs July 26 instead). Fall Session starts September 4th. Register now! Classes are filling up quickly!

April 2012 Newsletter

Hello everyone! We have some exciting news! Timpanogos School of Dance is getting a new home! We have been offered the remarkable opportunity to use the dance facilities at Stone Gate Center for the Arts. This is the building that some of you might have known as the “White Manila Church”. It is located at 886 West 2600 North in Pleasant Grove. It is just down the road from us! It has been totally remodeled and it is a beautiful building with a lot of space to dance. If you would like to see the building and learn more about it, look on www.stonegatearts.com. We are extremely excited for this change. As a studio, it will offer us much more dance space, the ability to run three classes at a time, and the opportunity to have shows in this facility. We will be moving into the building after our June performance. As we transition into this new building, we want to assure you of a few things. We will remain Timpanogos School of Dance. Tami Meacham will remain the Owner, and Heidi Panter will remain the Studio Director and will be at the facility during classes.  Our staff will be coming with us, however we will have the opportunity to pick up two new, wonderful teachers. Our level of professionalism and our focus on technique will remain. We are confident that this will provide your children with an even better dance experience.

We will be offering two Summer Sessions of dance in our new home!  The first Session will be June 25th thru July 11th. The week of  July 4th, classes that are held on Wednesdays will be moved to Thursday just for that week so we can celebrate our Independence! The second Session will be July 16th thru August 1st. The week of July 24th, classes that are held on Tuesdays will be moved to Thursday just for that week so we can celebrate our pioneer heritage! I have attached a schedule of classes that will be offered and the price schedule. Prices will be per each 3 week session. Also, Fall Registration is available. I have also included a schedule of our Fall Classes and price schedule. Online registration is available or you can call Heidi at 801-602-9196. We have also attached a Registration Form that you can fill out and send in to the studio. Just put it in the payment box. If you register within the month of April, you will receive $5 credit to your account. Because we are in a new facility, classes are filling quickly. If you want to have your first choice at classes, please send your registration form in as soon as possible!

Because of Spring Break this month, we are allowing extra time to get tuition payments in before a late fee will be charged. The new due date for tuition this month is April 20. Please make sure to include any fees that have not been paid to bring your account current. Thanks!

Important Dates to remember:

April 9-13- NO DANCE! Spring Break!

May 1st- Performance fee of $60 per family will be charged in addition to your tuition

Monday May 28- NO DANCE! Memorial Day!

Monday June 18-Performance Day!!! Beatles Mania at 7:30 at American Fork High School! See attached picture and dress rehearsal schedules.

(I have highlighted all the class options, in the appropriate levels, that we recommend to continue your child’s progress.)
